Shipping, Cancellation, and Return

Shipping

  • Orders placed on flanerieus.com will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Pre-order items will ship within the estimated delivery window. Unforeseen delays (such as weather, container shortages, government closures, or strikes) might occur. In such cases, we'll update delivery windows via email.

    • Continental U.S Ground Shipments: 1-7 days at a $12 flat rate. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

    • Continental U.S Expedited Shipping: 2-3 days at a flat rate of $25.00.

    • International Shipments: Duration varies by destination and is calculated based on the zip code.

    We offer flexibility in shipping through your preferred carrier and account. Additional shipping options are available; please contact support@flaneriewholesale.com. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders must be canceled before charges and shipping initiation. Notify us promptly to cancel your order.

    Pre-order items that have entered production or units have been reserved locally or overseas, cancellation is not feasible and may result in restocking fees of up to 40%.

  • To initiate cancellation, contact us immediately at support@flaneriewholesale.com with your order details.

  • Special orders involving private label, brand tagging, special boxing, or custom work cannot be canceled once sales order is confirmed.

Cancellation

  • We accept returns for damaged items within 14 days of the invoice date for store credit.

    We cannot accept returns for worn items. The items must be in their original, unworn condition.

    The item must be returned in its original packaging (internal and external box) to ensure safe transit.

    No credit will be issued for Duty and Freight charges related to shipping and returning goods.

  • To initiate a return, please submit your request through the provided portal here.

  • Upon approval, we'll issue the RA number and return instructions. Securely package the item and send it back to us.

  • After verifying the item's condition, we'll process a store credit or provide a replacement, subject to availability.

  • Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned at the owner's expense. A 25% restocking fee applies if returns don't adhere to guidelines.
